Delete your OktaHub account

How to delete

• In the mobile app: Settings → Delete account, then confirm twice.
• On the web: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account, then type delete to confirm.
• By email: write to support@oktahubapp.pro from the email address of your account. We reply within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12(3)).

What is deleted

Deleting in the app or on the web takes effect immediately and cannot be undone:

• Your login (email and sign-in methods)
• Your profile and onboarding answers, including weight, injuries, sleep and goals
• Training programs and completed workouts
• Meal plans, weight entries and recovery check-ins
• Fight events and weight-cut plans
• Your Okta Coach chat history
• Your settings and AI consent record

Any active subscription is cancelled first, so you are not charged again.

What is kept

• Payment records: Stripe keeps your invoices and the customer record they belong to for 10 years, as German tax law requires (§ 147 AO).
• Error logs: up to 90 days, without your account ID, email or any training or health data.
